Privacy Policy

Your trust matters. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: 2026

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us — such as your name, email address, phone number, pickup and delivery addresses, and the contents of messages you send us. We also automatically collect certain technical data when you use our website, including your IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited. For deliveries, we collect parcel details and location data needed to complete and track your shipment.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve our delivery services, process and track shipments, communicate with you about orders and support requests, send service updates and (where you’ve opted in) marketing, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with our legal obligations. We never sell your personal information.

Sharing and disclosure

We share information only as needed to operate: with our riders and drivers to complete your delivery, with trusted service providers (payment processors, mapping and analytics) under strict confidentiality, with partner carriers for international freight, and where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure site performance and understand how our site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.

Data security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. While no method of transmission is completely secure, we work hard to safeguard your information and notify you promptly in the unlikely event of a breach affecting your data.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below and we’ll respond within the timeframe required by law.

Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Delivery records may be retained for a longer period where required by law.

Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of our services means you accept the revised policy.
